Crockpot Sesame Chicken Ingredients: - 2 lb. Chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces - 1/3 c. Cornstarch - 1/2 c. Soy sauce - 1/4 tsp. Red pepper flakes - 2/3 c. Water - 2 tbsp. Brown sugar - 1 tsp. Sesame oil - 2 tbsp. Rice vinegar - I tsp. Ground ginger - 2 tsp. Minced garlic - 3 tbsp. Honey - 1 red pepper, sliced - Sesame seeds for garnish - Green onions for garnish Directions: 1. Place cubed chicken in gallon size baggie. Add corn starch close bag and shake to coat the chicken. Add to the crockpot. 2. In a bowl whisk together soy sauce, red pepper flakes, water, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and honey. Set aside 3. Add sliced red pepper on top of the chicken. Pour the sauce over the chicken and peppers and stir to coat. Cover and cook on high 3-31/2 hours or low for 5-51/2 hours. 4. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. 5. Yum!
