Aloha Shoyu Poke Sauce is so easy to use in any dish that you want to Jazz up! In this easy recipe we are sharing our Ginger Beef recipe using Aloha Shoyu Poke Sauce! Ginger Beef Stew Serving size: 20 bowls 6 Lbs. Beef (stew meat) 1 1/2 Beef Tripe 8 oz Fresh Ginger (Fine Diced) 3 oz Fresh Garlic (Diced) 8 oz White Onion (sliced) 3 ea. Bay leaf 1/4 cup Beef flavor powder 1 cup Aloha Shoyu Poke Sauce 1 Tbsp Coarse Black Pepper 2 Lbs. Sweet chili peppers 1 Gallon Water 1. In a preheated pot, saute onion and garlic for one minute 2. Add ginger, bay leaf, black pepper, beef flavor powder, and sauté for another minute. 3. Add beef into the pot, mix into the mixture, and cook till beef browns. 4. While mixing, pour Aloha Shoyu Poke Sauce into the pot to deglaze the pot. (for a spicier stew, add more poke sauce) 5. Pour water into beef mixture and bring to a boil; once at a rapid boil, turn down the heat to medium and let simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until tender, while skimming impurities from the top. 6. add beef tripe to the stew in the last half hour. 7. At the very end, add sweet chili peppers and cook for the remaining 5 minutes. 8. To plate, ladle stew in a bowl and serve with a side of hot steamed white rice. Enjoy! Connect with us!
