If you're a fan of banana nice cream, you're going to love my easy take on a nice cream recipe using frozen mango. I make my nice cream recipe in a food processor, but you could use a Vitamix, Thermomix or even Nutri-bullet. It's full of protein so a great option for a kids brekkie or I love it for dessert on a hot night. All you need is: 1/2 cup of cashews, blend into a nut butter. Or you can use 2 tbsp nut butter 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt *** 2 cups frozen mango 1/2 tspn vanilla paste (optional) 1 tspn raw honey (optional) And then follow along with my instructions in the video. *** Coconut yoghurt is SO easy and SO much cheaper to make yourself.
