Here is the instant pot that I used  https://amzn.to/4fNWbbO As an Amazon associate I earned from qualifying purchases  Ingredients 1-2 Cups Chicken  4 Hard Boiled Eggs Onion powder Pepper Celtic Salt Italian seasoning 1/4 Cup Shallot Cilantro Dill 1 Cup Cottage Cheese 2 Tbsp Mustard 2 Tbsp Mayo 1/4 Cup Pickles 1 Avocado Directions To cook your chicken in the instant pot, place, your chicken and the spices and a half a cup of water into the instant pot Set it at pressure cook for about 12 minutes Once it is done, let it release naturally for at least five minutes To cook your eggs, place a trivet on the inside of your instant pot place all your eggs on top of the trivet and add half of a cup of water Set it on pressure cook for five minutes once it is finished. Let it release naturally for five minutes. Then place your eggs in an ice bath for five more minutes Once your eggs have finished cooling down, roll them on the counter and peel them like I showed in the video Chop all your vegetables and meat up once your meat is cooled. Add it to the mixture and combine everything together.
