In this easy crockpot recipe, I show you how to make a meat crust pizza with ground beef, in my crock pot, or slow cooker. The ingredients I used in this easy slow cooker ground beef recipe are 1 pound of lean ground beef, 6 oz of pizza sauce, and some shredded Mexican blend cheese. I seasoned the ground beef with kosher salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. Then cooked it on HIGH for about an hour before adding the pizza sauce and cheese. It cooked it for 10-15 more minutes after adding the cheese.
