Korean Style Pork Chops | 목살스테이크 Ingredients: 2 slices of pork shoulder (500g), 10 cherry tomatoes, 10 whole garlic, asparagus, mushrooms, onion, Sauce: 1 teaspoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of starch powder, 3 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of garlic, a little minced ginger, a little ground pepper – How to Make Korean Style Pork Chops Step 1: Trim the Pork shoulder Poke the pork shoulder using the tip of the knife.
