Main Site: https://www.pitbarrelcooker.com/ref/43/?campaign=1stReviewVideo This recipe is quite simple. Ingredients: - I used a 6lb Brisket Flat - Lawry's Garlic Salt (any will do) - Montreal Steak Seasoning - Worcestershire Sauce Directions: I trimmed the top side of the Brisket to eliminate some fat and silver skin. Apply Garlic Salt and Montreal Steak Seasoning to taste. I Smoked this at 225 degrees Fahrenheit till it hit 160 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature. I then wrapped the Brisket in heavy duty tin foil and applied a small amount of the Worcestershire sauce to add some liquid to the bottom (approximately 1/4-1/2 cup). I then placed the Wrapped Brisket back onto the smoker and increased the temperature to 275 degrees Fahrenheit until it reached 200 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature. I then removed the Brisket and left it in the foil, wrapped it in towel and let it rest on the counter for an hour. Total cook time was around 8 hours. Thanks for checking out our video!
