Today I am sharing a pickled cucumber salad recipe. My kind, generous and considerate neighbor gave me eight organic homegrown cucumbers and told me to make a pickle out of them. That’s what I did with them. Adding one sliced carrot and one sliced big red onion together with the cucumbers. I then marinated them with apple cider vinegar, local tualang honey and some himalayan rock salt. Mix thoroughly and then packed into containers. You can eat immediately and it’s as tasty and delicious as ever. I served it as a side dish for every meal. Indeed healthy, organic, natural, nutritious and full of goodness.
