Hey everyone! Today I'm making the most delicious Jalapeno Cheddar Focaccia Bread you've ever tried. It's soft, fluffy, cheesy, with a hint of spice - perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or even for breakfast! This recipe is super easy and beginner-friendly, so anyone can bake this amazing bread at home. Here's what you'll need: 1 ¾ cup warm water (110℉) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon honey 1 ½ teaspoons quick rise yeast 4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons salt Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Direction: 1. Mix the water, oil, honey and yeast together and let it sit for 10 minutes until the yeast blooms 2. Add the flour and salt to the yeast and mix until a shaggy dough is formed 3. Cover and let it rise for 15 minutes 4. Dip your fingers in some water and strech and fold the dough 4 times turning your bowl a quarter turn each time 5. Let the dough rise again for 15 minutes and repeat the 4 stretch and folds 6. Let the dough rise for 1.5 hours until it doubles in size 7. Put some parchment paper in a pan with some oil and put the dough in the pan. Let it rise another 1 -2 hours 8. Pre-heat oven to 445℉ 9.
