Pistachio kunafa Tiramisu || Tiramisu with a twist || Dubai chocolate Bar inspired Recipe - RKC It has a soft lady finger and pistachio cream base , a sweet and crunchy Pistachio Kunafa spread and a smooth, creamy chocolate ganache on top. This pistachio tiramisu has all the creamy, delicious flavor of tiramisu with a nutty pistachio twist. Ingredients 150g kunafa dough 3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp pistachio butter 2 tbsp tahini Creamcheese layer 300 ml heavy cream 1/4 cup powdered sugar 16 oz mascarpone cheese 3 tbsp pistachio cream 2 packs of lady finger 1 cup warm milk to dip the ladies finger Chopped pistachios for garnish For chocolate ganache 1 cup heavy cream 300g milk chocolate Preparation 1. First roast the kunafa dough-Place a pan onto medium heat and add the butter. Let this melt.Add your phyllo dough into this and Toast on low to medium heat for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy. 2. Let this cool then combine it with the pistachio butter and tahini to form your crunchy filling. It gives the chocolate bars an amazing flavour, but also such a good texture. It’s just so crispy but also creamy at the same time 3. Once it’s light golden brown turn off the heat and add pistachio butter tahini and mix it well. 4. First beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar on medium speed until stiff peak appears. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. 5. Beat mascarpone until smooth, add vanilla essence, and pistachio paste. Finally, fold in whipped heavy cream and whip it to stiff peaks for a creamy, fluffy texture. 6. Assemble the LayersDip ladyfingers in the warm milk, and layer them at the bottom of your tray. Spread half of the pistachio mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers, add a second layer of dipped ladyfingers, and top with the remaining cream. 7. Layer the kunafa mix on top the cream and level it. 8. Chill the TiramisuRefrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors and the layers to set. 9. Chocolate ganache - To make the ganache, heat the double cream and chocolate in a bowl/saucepan. You can do this in the microwave or stove. Mix it until all the chocolate is melted and runny. Pour this on top of the pastry layer and smooth this out evenly on top. 10. Finally granish some chopped pistachios and allow to set in the refrigerator. Slice and enjoy!
