It is delicious and will be one you’ll want to make over and over. Ingredients: Sub mixture: • 8 oz. deli provolone cheese, chopped • 1/2 cup banana peppers, chopped • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped • 1 small onion, chopped • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded • 1 lb. meats of your choice such as pepperoni, deli turkey, salami, and ham, chopped Dressing mixture: • 1cup mayo • 3-4 tbsp. Beano's original submarine dressing • 1tsp. each salt & pepper • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper • 1tsp. oregano • 1tbsp. three onion rub if not using fresh onion in meat mixture • 1tbsp. bell pepper herb rub • 1tsp. banana pepper juice, optional You can substitute the Beano's dressing with 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar or Italian dressing Directions: 1. In a large bowl, combine the deli meats and cheese, onion, tomato, banana peppers and lettuce. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce I dressing ingredients and pour over the""meat mixture, stir to combine well. 3. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
