Add all dry ingridents to mixing bowl and mix will. Pat the fish dry, inside and out. Add Salt to inside and outside, then place on a lightly oiled piece of foil that is large enough to enclose the fish. Stuff the fish cavity with lemon slices and the garlic and herb mixture or if using fillets sprinkle mixture over the top of the fish. Drizzle generously with Avocado oil. Fold the foil over the fish and seal into a package. Place the foiled fish on top of cookie sheet and bake for 350F for 30-40 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
