Instructions

  1. 1Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. 2Add cumin seeds and sauté until they crackle, about 30 seconds.
  3. 3Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4Stir in the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli; cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5Add green peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. 6Sprinkle turmeric powder and red chili powder; mix well to combine.
  7. 7Add cubed paneer and soy sauce; stir gently to coat the paneer without breaking it.
  8. 8Cook for another 3-4 minutes until paneer is heated through.
  9. 9Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. 10Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
