This Korean soup can be made in many different ways, adding beef stock , chicken stock, etc. This time, this soup was made with a broth make with dried Kelp and chicken flavor which turned this soup into a delightful and flavorful Dish. Mandu ( Dumplings) is the main ingredient of this soup, with its rectangular shape filled with vegetable, and purchased at the Frozen section in Asian stores. Manduguk is a very popular Korean Soup that is particularly made on Korean New Year's day. This recipe is very simple and easy to make, however, I had the company of my dear friend who manage a Korean restaurant to assist me in my Kitchen.
