In this video I'm going to show you another interesting version of the famous Korean Pancake made with a combination of bacon and vegetables I call it Dweji Pajeon. "Pajeon" is a savory pancake made with scallions, Pa means scallion, and jeon means pan-fried battered food. It’s one of Korea’s favorite snacks or appetizers. Nowadays, it has many different variations and the most popular variation is made with seafood (haemul), hence the name haemul pajeon. Along with other savory pancakes such as kimchi jeon, buchjeon, and nokdujeon. Today I'm going to introduce another interesting variation, I call this "Dweji Yachaejeon" which simply means Bacon and vegetable pancake. The interesting combination of smokey bacon and fresh vegetables makes our pancake more delectable. The first time I introduced this recipe to customers for a free taste it was really big hit and now become one of our selling pancakes.
