In Kerala there are several dishes made with tapioca. One of the authentic Kerala dishes has been Kappa and Meen curry. I have already shared Kerala style fish curry recipe, try it out with boiled tapioca and it is a true delicacy of Kerala cuisine. Tapioca with scrambled egg is yet another classic famous combo dish. The recipe i am sharing today (Kappa Mutta) is good to have as a breakfast or a quick evening snack.
