Healthy Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad | The Healthy Meal Prep Healthy Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad | The Healthy Meal Prep Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad Ingredients 1 cup Greek Yogurt (I used 2% Fage Greek Yogurt) 2 tbsp. Fairlife Skim Milk 1/2 tbsp. Honey 1 tsp. Salt 1 lb. cooked pulled chicken (either leftover or use a $5 Costco chicken) 3 stalks of Celery, sliced 2 cups Red Seedless Grapes, Halved 1/2 cup Green Onions, sliced 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts Salt and Pepper to taste Chopped Dill for garnish (optional) Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad Recipe 1) Combine the first 4 ingredients (greek yogurt through salt) into a bowl and thoroughly mix to make the dressing. Set aside until needed. 2) Combine the next 5 ingredients (chicken through walnuts) into a separate bowl and mix to combine. Add the dressing to the ingredients and mix. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. 3) When ready to serve, or prep, taste for salt and pepper and adjust if needed.
