This healthy plant based vegan recipe is dairy free & oil free. The perfect quick recipe for lunches. Buffalo Chickpea Salad: 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed 2-4 TBSP hummus or tahini (use a bit less tahini) 3-4 TBSP Hot Sauce (I use Red Hot) 2 stalks celery rinsed & chopped 1/2 t. garlic powder 1/4 t. onion powder 1/4 t. Paprika 1/4 t. Pepper In a bowl mash the chickpeas. Add remaining ingredients & mix. Taste and adjust seasonings to your taste. Enjoy on a sandwich, wrap, pita, lettuce wrap with some greens and other veggies. Or add to a big bowl of leafy greens for a quick salad.
