FOLLOW OUR OTHER SOCIAL ACCOUNTS Instagram: https://instagram.com/clarkstar.culinary?igshid=18hfqzyjjw43f Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/clarkstarculinary/ INGREDIENTS: 2 1/2 lb Beef Roast 1 bulb of Garlic (optional) (separate cloves and leave husk on) 2 Carrots (rough cut) 5 medium to small Red Onions (quartered) 1 dozen small Yukon Gold Potatoes (cut in half) 9oz of Cherry Tomatoes 1/4 cup Dry White Wine (or water) Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Curry Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Red Chili Flakes, Oil (measurements are listed down in the instructions, but feel free to use less or more depending on your taste) INSTRUCTIONS: •In a large mixing bowl add the Garlic Cloves, Carrots, Red Onion, and Yukon Gold Potatoes. •Pour 2 tbsp of Oil over the vegitables •Season with 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Garlic Powder,1/2 tbsp Red Chili Flakes, and 1 tbsp Curry Powder •Mix the vegetables until they are coated with the spices •Drizzle oil lightly on the tomatoes and sprinkle with salt •Put the Beef Roast in a roaster, season on both sides with 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder,1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper, and 2 tbsp Curry Powder. •Pour 1/2 tbsp of oil over the seasoning and massage them into the meat (same for both sides) Pour the seasoned vegetable into the pan and position them around the roast •Add 1/4 cup of Dry White Wine or water •Place the tomatoes on top of the roast •Put the top on the roaster and put it into the oven set to 350ºF/175C for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. •The last 45 minutes of the cook remove the lid Afterward ENJOY
