Here we go again trying 16 of the most unusual and authentic Lao dishes from our local market here in Vientiane Laos. A lot of this food seems to be foraged from the Lao jungle and cooked up in all sorts of creative ways to bring some of the funkiest, fishiest and flavourful dishes that you could only expect from Laos. The food here never fails to surprise and shock us, but it's always good fun to try it and experience the traditional food and colourful cuisine.
