Hi Everyone! Today, Aunty Claire is teaching my cousins, Aly, Billy and I how to cut fish and how to make Shoyu Poke. I remember making this recipe as a little kid and it is simple and delicious! I hope you enjoy! Shoyu Ahi Poke Recipe 1-1/5 lb fish 1/2 C-1 C. Shoyu (Aunty Claire recommends Yamasa Shoyu) 1 T (or to taste) Sriracha 1/2 C. Thinly sliced sweet onion 1 stalk green onion handful of ogo (optional) Tako Poke Recipe 1 lb cooked tako 3 T. Shoyu (I doubled the recipe in the video) 1 C.
