Kylee’s Kitchen: Korean BBQ–Style Meatballs Recipe - 1/27/26 Yield: 4 servings Time: 30 minutes Ingredients 2 ounces chopped green onions (about 6 green onions) 1/2 cup panko 1 egg 2 Tablespoons soy sauce 2 Tablespoons grated ginger 1 Tablespoon gochujang 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 pound ground turkey (or other ground meat) Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In large bowl, mix green onions, panko, egg, soy sauce, ginger, gochujang, sesame oil, and black pepper until combined. Add ground meat and gently mix just until combined. Scoop and roll into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on lined sheet tray. Bake for 15 minutes Remove from oven and turn on broiler. Return pan to oven and broil meatballs about 3 minutes for a golden-brown, caramelized exterior. Center of meatballs should register 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Let rest briefly before serving or cool completely before freezing. Serve with rice, kimchi, cucumbers, grated carrots, etc.
