Video Description

Smoked Turkey is a great spin on your traditional Thanksgiving / Christmas / holiday meal. Spatchcock Smoked Turkey is even better! Spatchcocking a turkey simply means butterflying the carcass and laying it flat during the cooking process. It's an easy method to prep for and it ensures a more even and faster overall cook. This video walks through the simple steps of first brining your turkey, then spatchocking, and finally smoking the turkey on a Big Green Egg.
