Guvar Ki Sabji Ingredients: Guvar: 250 gm Tomato: 2 small size Garlic Cloves: 4-5 no Green Chilli: 4-5 small Peanut Powder: 3 tsp Besan: 1½ tsp Red Chilli Powder: 1½ tsp Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp Coriander Powder: 1 tsp Garam Masala: 1 tsp Sugar Powder: ½ tsp Mustard Seeds: ½ tsp Cumin Seeds: ½ tsp Ajwain: ½ tsp Asafoetida: ½ tsp Oil: 3 tsp Salt: ½ tsp Method: 1. In a mixture jar add roughly cut tomatoes, garlic and green chilli. Now prepare its fine puree. 2. Now in the pressure cooker add oil. Once it heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ajwain, asafoetida, dry red chill and mix it well. Then add tomato puree and cook it for 2 minutes. 3. After that add peanut powder, besan, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt. Mix them well. Add some water and cook it for 2 minutes on a low flame. 4.Then add guvar and mix it well. Cook it for 2 minutes. Add some water and mix it. Then cover the lid and cook it on a medium flame for 2 whistles. 5. After it open the lid of pressure cooker and mix the sabji well. Then cook it for 2 minutes so that gravy becomes thick. Here your delicious guvar sabji is ready to serve.
