Nothing Bundt Cake MADE AT HOME! Today, I'm saving some money and making a Copycat WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BUNDT CAKE at home! It was absolutely Delicious!😋🥰❤️ 00:00- WELCOME! (intro) 00:26- White Chocolate Raspberry Bundt Cake ⬇️Recipe⬇️ -1 (15.25oz) box White Cake Mix -1 (3.4oz) box White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix -1 Cup Sour Cream -4 Eggs -1/3 Cup Oil -1/3 Cup Milk -1 Cup White Chocolate Chips, chopped into fine pieces -Red Raspberry Preserves, DIVIDED ***Mix together Cake Mix, Pudding Mix, Sour Cream, Eggs, Oil, and Milk. Mix Well. Fold in Finely Chopped White Chocolate Chips. Pour half the batter into a greased bundt pan. Then spoon 1/4 cup Raspberry preserves in about 6 small spoonfuls over the batter. Use a knife to swirl the filling through the cake thoroughly. DO NOT LEAVE ANY LARGE CLUPMS OF THE PRESERVES. Pour remaining batter in evenly. Spoon the remaining 1/4 cup of preserves onto the batter, the same way as before, repeating the swirling process. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before turning out onto a cake plate. Let cake cool completelty before frosting. Frosting Recipe: *NOTE: i reduced the amounts so you don't have as much leftover. -12oz Softened Cream Cheese (1 1/2 blocks) -6 Tbsp Butter, Softened (3/4 stick) -3-4 Cups sifted Powdered Sugar (it will be easier to pipe on with 4 cups of powdered sugar. ***When cake is cooled, Put frosting into a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.
