Caprese-Prosciutto Grilled Cheese Prep: 10 minutes Roast: 17 minutes Serves: 6 1 package (16 ounces) Market 32™ classic Italian bread, cut horizontally in half 1 tablespoon PICS® unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup prepared pesto 8 slices prosciutto 8 slices Market 32® fresh mozzarella cheese 2 small Roma tomatoes, halved lengthwise, then sliced 1/4-inch thick crosswise 1 cup loosely packed Full Circle Market™ organic arugula 1. Preheat oven to 425°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Place bread, cut side up, on prepared pan; brush with butter and roast 7 minutes or until lightly browned. 2. Spread top half of bread with pesto; top bottom half of bread with prosciutto, cheese and tomato. Roast sandwich 10 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. 3.
