Natto is fermented soybeans and is straight up one of the best superfoods on this planet! And in this video I’ll show you how to make traditional natto maki or natto sushi roll so that you can start adding natto to your daily diet. It’s packed with all sorts of nutrients like vitamins, minerals, protein, and a whole lot of probiotics that help balance our gut health. The only downside?
