[instructions en francais se trouvent ci-dessous] Ingredients (Serves 10): 5 C rehydrated or fresh (1 lb dried) voanjobory, 1 3/4 lb pork, 4 T oil, 1 onion, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 can diced tomatoes, 1 T salt. If using dried voanjobory, let soak 24 hours in 5 C water. Canned or dried voanjobory can be purchased from Bazar Be in Paris: http://shop.serasera.org/search.php?t... Bring beans to a boil in the water they were soaked in and let simmer 1 hour or until the beans can be crushed with the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and set aside. Cut the pork into cubes and brown the outside in 2 T oil. Set aside. Add 2 T oil to the same pan and fry onions, then tomatoes and garlic to make a sauce. Return beans to the same burner and pour in the sauce, pork, 1 T salt and 2 C water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer until liquid is nearly all evaporated and all ingredients are tender. Serve hot over rice. Ingredients (10 couverts): 500g voanjobory sec, 750 g viande de porc, 4 c.a.s. huile, 1 oignon, 1 c.a.c. ail rape (~3-4 gousses), 1/2 boite tomates concassees (~3 tomates), 1 c.a.s. sel. Mettez a cote, rajoutez 2 c.a.s. de l'huile a la meme poele et faites frire les oignons, puis l'ail et les tomates pour en faire une sauce. Remettez la marmite de voanjobory sur le feu et rajoutez la sauce, le porc, 1 c.a.s. de sel et un demi-litre d'eau. Portez a l'ebullition et laissez cuire environ une heure ou jusqu'a l'evaporation de l'eau. Servez chaud avec du riz.
