Cook, chop and brown beef and drain any excess fat. Add diced onion and cook 1 minute. Add minced garlic and ginger and cook one minute. Add coleslaw, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until reduced. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir and cook for 30sec to 1 minute to combine. Add handful of chopped green onions, sesame oil and sriracha (optional). Cook and stir for 1 minute or until combined.
