I'm using 3 different types of Korean ice cream: melona bar, which is melon flavor, subakba bar, which is watermelon flavor, and solleim, which is vanilla flavor. Melona mochi have been going viral on Korean Tiktok, so I tried adjusting the recipe to make dango instead, and it turned out great.
