Since it has been so beautiful outside, I am inspired to make something for dinner that fits with spring! So Pasta Primavera it is. Primavera in Italian means spring or spring like. This dish is filled with fresh vegetables, chicken, seasonings and a light cream sauce that takes no time to make. No rue making here, instead, we are going to use a brick of cream cheese as a base for our sauce and a little bit of Wondra flour to thicken. This is super simple and super delicious. If you walk away hungry, it's your own fault! This is chock full of veggies, I have used broccoli, asparagus, carrots, onions, garlic, zucchini, yellow squash and sliced mushrooms, but your imagination is your only limit. You add the veggies that you like best. With our gardens just getting started, this is a good recipe to have on you mind with all the fresh produce that is soon to come! I hope you try this and I hope you enjoy it. Happy Eating!
