Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
  3. 3In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. 4In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  5. 5Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  6. 6Fold in fresh fruit and nuts of choice.
  7. 7Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

I used my healthy oat pancake recipe as the base for every one of these baked oats and I just added ingredients to create different flavor combinations.
