Have you tried making you own homemade vegan fish sauce? It is really easy and you only need two ingredients. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Dried Kombu 50g Water 1L 1. Place the dried kombu and water in a rice cooker, use the "keep warm" mode to cook for 1.5 hour. Alternatively, cook the dried kombu in a normal pot over low heat, make sure the water is not brought to a boil. 2. Take out the dried kombu, reduce the kombu stock over medium heat, until it is down to 1/4 of the original volume. 3.
