MIX WELL AND THEN ADD YOGHURT AND OIL MIX WITH A SPATULA FOR A FEW SECONDS AND THEN BY HAND MIX UNTIL SMOOTH COVER AND KEEP ASIDE. -GO AHEAD AND CHOP THE HAM, PUT IN A PLATE AND THEN ADD THE CREAM CHEESE, GOUDA CHEESE, 60G MOZZARELLA, A BIT OF SALT, 1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER, 1/4 TSP SPRING ONION, MIX WELL AND KEEP ASIDE, -TO TOMATO PULP ADD A BIT OF OREGANO, GARLIC POWDER, BLACK PEPPER. STIR AND KEEP ASIDE, -SPRINKLE A BIT OF FLOUR ON A WORK BOARD PLACE THE DOUGH DIVIDE INTO 6 PIECES. WORK ON 1 PIECE AT A TIME BY SPREADING IT OUT BY HAND THEN WITH A ROLLING PIN INTO A 17CM CIRCLE PLACE 1 TBSP TOMATO ON THE CENTER FOLLOWED BY 56G MOZZARELLA CLOSE IT AND SEAL THE EDGES BY GENTLY PINCHING THE EDGES TOGETHER USING THE THUMBNAIL AND INDEX FINGER.REPEAT THIS PROCESS TO OTHER 2 PIECES. DO THE SAME TO THE OTHER 3 PIECES, BY SPREADING IT OUT ROLLING IT INTO A CIRCLE PLACE HAM FILLING, ON THE CENTER CLOSE IT SEAL BY PINCHING TOGETHER USING THE THUMBNAIL AND INDEX FINGER PUT THEM ON A TRAY. -IN A PAN PUT ENOUGH OIL TO FRY THEM, HEAT ON MEDIUM UNTIL HOT FOR 6 MINUTES, TEST THE OIL BY THROWING IN A SMALL PIECE OF BREAD IF YOU SEE BUBBLES THEN IT’S TIME FRY, GENTLY ADD THEM TO THE HOT OIL FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN FOR 6 MINUTES TURN THEM EVERY NOW AND THEN.
