Come Bake Gluten Free Meals and Desserts with me! Create a Lazy Lasagna with all the flavors you love of the Lasagna, using the Fusilli Gluten Free Pasta! Pasta-tively delicious! Gluten Free Baked Fusilli Lasagna Ingredients: Meat: - 1 lb Ground meat - 1 lb Italian Sausage Seasoning for meat: sprinkle Garlic Salt, Basil, Parsley, Italian Seasoning Cream cheese mixture: - 8 oz. Cream Cheese - 2 Cups Parmesan - 2 Cups Mozzarella - 1 tbsp. Basil - 1 tbsp. Parsley - 1 tbsp Garlic Salt - 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 Box of Gluten Free Fusilli Pasta Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Jars 24 oz Pasta Sauce Sprinkle Mozzarella & Parmesan on top along with Italian Seasoning Directions: Fill pot with water and turn to high heat. Bring this to a boil. While waiting for water to boil, heat up cast iron on medium heat. Brown 1lb ground meat and 1 lb. Italian Sausage. When thoroughly cooked with no pink, add in seasoning for meat. In Kitchen Aid Mixer mix together cream cheese mixture ingredients. When water in the pot has come to a boil, add in the box of gluten free Fusilli pasta. Let this cook for 10 minutes. After about 8 minutes add in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This will help the pasta to not stick together. When 10 minutes is up, drain the pasta. Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour drained pasta into a large Pyrex dish. Add in some of the cream cheese mixture. Pour in the two jars of pasta sauce and coat the pasta with the sauce. Add in the rest of the cream cheese mixture and then press it down into the pasta. Put the ground meat and Italian sausage on top. Press the meat into the pasta. Sprinkle on top mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top covering the entire dish. Add Italian Seasoning to the top. Bake for 30 minutes.
