Cut the chicken breast into cubes, and add one egg white and two teaspoons of cornstarch. Mix with the chicken. Set aside. Place a large pot on the stove, and add enough water to cover your pasta. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and two cloves of garlic to the pot. According to my spaghetti box, I cooked pasta for seven minutes. Set your time. Cut up broccoli florets and cook in the pasta water, after you remove the spaghetti. Cook broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside in a bowl. Set timer. Place a saute pan on the stove and add the oil. Allow the oil to heat up. Place your chicken in the pan and fry the chicken on both sides until it browns on each side. When the chicken begins to look white you know your chicken is done. Place chicken in a bowl. Set aside. Add the cream to the skillet and cook on low-medium heat. Add the egg yolk, nutmeg, Parmesan cheese and pasta, pasta water, salt, garlic, and pepper, Cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken, then wait 5 more minutes and add the broccoli. Garnish with Parsley.
