These bowls are traditionally composed of a variety of wholesome ingredients that together create a well-rounded meal. *Cooking time - 20 minutes* *Preparation - 10 minutes* *Ingredients (4 pax)* - Chicken breast, sliced - 500 gms - Olive oil - 1/2 cup - Salt - 1/2 tsp - Garlic - 1 - Black pepper - 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice - 2 tbsp - Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp - Turmeric powder- 1 tsp - Brown rice, cooked - 1 cup - Carrot, sliced- 1 - Red cabbage, shredded - 1 cup - Avocado, sliced - 1 - Cherry tomato -1 cup - Spring onion for garnish - Water - 2 tbsp *Instructions:* 1. In a mixing bowl, add chicken, some salt, turmeric powder and combine well. 2. In a pan heat some oil. Add garlic clove to it and cover the lid. Let the garlic cook for sometime till it softens 3. In the same pan, heat oil and add the marinated chicken. Cover the lid and cook till the chicken is cooked. 4. In a blender, add the cooked garlic clove with oil, mustard paste, black pepper, lemon juice, salt and water and blend into a dressing. 5. In a bowl, take brown rice and top it with shredded red cabbage, sliced carrots, sliced avocado, few cherry tomatoes and chicken. Pour the dressing on top. Garnish with spring onions.
