There are some flavors that match better on pizza without tomato, among those is mortadella and pistachio. I have included crushed pistachio nuts as well as crema di pistacchio (pistachio cream). In addition, this pizza includes a good amount of provolone piccante cheese. After letting the dough rest for at least 6 hours the pizza will be baked for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius - the result is amazing (although not comparable to the result in a real fired wood pizza oven).
