As we head into colder months, nothing tastes better than a hot bowl of soup. I’m making a recipe that I found on Instagram posted by @tryingthis_loseitthing. When I saw the word Italian in the description, of course I had to make it. I made a modification by adding protein, which also bulked up this soup. You can modify this recipe by adding more vegetables like zucchini or squash, or if you want to save points, swap out the orzo for cannellini beans. The written recipe is at the end of the video. Just pause and take a screenshot to capture the recipe. I misspoke during the video saying that this tracks at 6 WW points per serving. Wrong!
