Video Description

These Reuben Pinwheels are made with tortillas for an easy, no-bake appetizer packed with the classic flavors of a Reuben sandwich. Perfect for parties, game days, or quick snacks! Ingredients: 3 flour tortillas (I used 8 inch) 4 oz cream cheese, softened ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing 6 slices Swiss cheese or Shredded Swiss Cheese 6 slices deli corned beef ¾ - 1 cup sauerkraut, well-drained and patted dry 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional, for rye bread flavor) Instructions: In a bowl, mix cream cheese and Thousand Island dressing until smooth. Lay out the tortillas and evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over each one. Place Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut over the tortillas. Sprinkle with caraway seeds if using. Roll each tortilla up tightly like a jelly roll. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Unwrap and slice into ¾-inch pinwheels. Serve as is or with extra Thousand Island dressing for dipping and a side of pickles. Tips: āœ” Chilling is key – This helps the pinwheels hold their shape when slicing. āœ” Use rye-flavored wraps – If you want that classic Reuben taste, look for rye-flavored tortillas or wraps. āœ” Add crunch – A handful of chopped pickles or shredded lettuce can add texture.
