In this video, I make an easy orange and bourbon-glazed ham (recipe below) on the Lone Star Grillz offset cabinet smoker. Most people will be cooking up pre-cooked hams over the holidays, and I will be showing you how to elevate a pre-cooked spiral-cut ham to a new level. https://lonestargrillz.com Recipe below: 1 cup orange marmalade 1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons old-style mustard 2 tablespoons dijon 1/2 cup bourbon 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon grated ginger Salt and pepper to taste Mix and heat the above ingredients to a boil, then turn off the burner and allow it to cool. I ran my offset smoker at 325ºF until the internal temperature of the ham reached 130ºF. This took a little over 4 hours.
