Heat oil in a pan and fry hotdogs. Put fried hotdogs in a tissue paper to remove excess oil, cut hotdog in half and set aside. 2. Trim edges of sliced bread and flatten each bread using rolling pin 3. Spread small amount of condensed milk, put fried hotdog and strips of cheese in each bread then roll the bread 4. Dip roll bread in beaten egg then roll in a plate of bread crumbs. Do this again until you finish all the bread. 5. Heat oil in a pan and fry hotdog rolls until golden brown.
