Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
  3. 3Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
  4. 4Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish.
  5. 5In the same bowl, toss the mixed vegetables with balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper.
