Video Description
You have to try this jello yogurt cake made according to my mom's Polish recipe - JOGURTOWIEC. It is so delicious and beautiful, always a hit at any party, disappears in minutes! No baking!! Ingredients: 1 large vanilla yogurt - 32 oz 4 packages of your favorite jellos (could use more if you like) 1 package of unflavored gelatine (4 envelopes net wt 1 oz/28g) 1 cup of heavy cream 3/4 cup of sugar 1 packet of vanilla sugar Juice out of 1 lemon 1 lg can of peaches or other fruits (optional) Directions: Dissolve each of the 3 jellos in 1 cup of boiling water, transfer to flat plastic container and put to the fridge to chill. Yogurt mixture: yogurt, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice - blend together. Dissolve unflavored galatine in small amount of boiling water and add that slowly to yogurt mixture. Blend on high speed setting. When jelly is set cut in small cubes. Get the spring form pan and put the yogurt mixture and jello cubes together, gently mix it up. Put it in the fridge for an hour. Then take it out to add fruits (drain the peaches, cut in thin slices, dry with paper towel). Dissolve the 4th jello in 1 cup of boiling water and when cool, pour it gently over the fruits. Put it back to the fridge for at least four hours or overnight. When taking out, run your knife around the cake form and then open it up. Enjoy! / Smacznego! Music Credits: Classic Rose2
