@DAPUR2020 How to Make Dried Ginger Slices At Home easily using an oven. Slice cleaned ginger with mandolin slicer or knife. Arrange neatly on baking tray. Bake at very low temperature 80C as we would not want to cook the ginger. Let bake for 4 hours. Ginger slices are ready when they break easily. Let cool before storing in air tight bottle.
