One of the most traditional dishes I know of using wild plants. Fave e cicoria is a famous dish I typically see credited to Puglia, but similar things are made all over Southern Italy. *Every* Southern Italian cookbook I own has a version. This one is very traditional except that instead of wild chicory, I use whatever wild cousin I can come across in MN and WI.
