A questo punto sfumare con il vino bianco, ricoprire tutto con del brodo vegetale, coprire con un coperchio, abbassare la fiamma e farli cuocere per 1 ora e 30 minuti girandoli spesso. A 30 minuti dalla fine della cottura aggiungere sale e pepe. Servire ben caldo e buon appetito.
