Scolarli per bene e ripassarli 1 per 1 prima nella farina e poi nell’uovo sbattuto. Immergerli immediatamente in abbondante olio bollente avendo l’accortezza di girarli di tanto in tanto, circa 5 minuti per lato a fiamma media. Scolarli in abbondante carta assorbente e servirli caldi. Buon appetito.
