#Rose_Dumplings Servings - 4 INGREDIENTS All purpose flour - 200 grams Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Oil - 1 teaspoon Water - 120 milliliters Beetroot - 120 grams Water - 2 tablespoons Cream cheese - 160 grams Fresh cream - 500 grams Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Feta cheese - 2 tablespoons Olive green - 2 tablespoons Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon Coriander - 2 tablespoons All purpose flour - for dusting PREPARATION 1. In a bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil, 120 milliliters water and knead it into a dough. 2. Cover it with cling warp and rest for 30 minutes. 3. In a blender, add 120 grams beetroot, 2 tablespoons water blend it well. Strain it. 4. In a bowl, add 160 grams cream cheese, 50 grams fresh cream and whisk it well with the help of whisker. 5. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons feta cheese, 2 tablespoons olive green, 1 tablespoon truffle oil, 2 teaspoons coriander and mix it well. 6. Dust some all purpose flour on a clean surface, take a ball from prepared dough and make it flatten with the help of rolling pin. 7. Place it on another 2 flatten doughs and brush it with blended mixture. 8. Add prepared stuffing in it and cover the edges. 9. Roll it and shape it into a rose. (See video) 10. Place it on a steamer and again brush it with blended mixture. Steam for 12 - 15 minutes. 11. Serve.
