Ever had Jamaican rum cream and want a vegan version? Make your own with this easy recipe! 2 cans coconut milk (not the light version) 1/2 cup sugar --Put the coconut milk and sugar into a saucepan and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, until slightly thick. THEN add: 1 tsp instant coffee 1/2 tsp cacao powder Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp vanilla --Mix all of this into the milk mixture. Once cooled, add 3/4 dark rum. Then, enjoy! Interested in t-shirts?
